Return Process:

A, Order Number
B, Please state the reason that you need to return and if you require an EXCHANGE or REFUND. 
2. Coolqiya's customer support will email you back and process refund or exchange.
3. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
